Welder Requirements:
- 1 Year of Welding / Fabrication experience required (Open to entry level)
- Able to Read Blueprints and Tape Measures required
- MIG Welding or Sheet Metal Fabrication experience preferred
- Auto Body, Fitting, and Iron working experience preferred

Welder Responsibilities:
- This role involves MIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, and assembling custom metal products in a manufacturing facility
- Responsibilities include reading blueprints, fitting and welding metal components, operating fabrication equipment, grinding welds, and supporting daily production operations
- Additional duties may include measuring materials, using hand and power tools, and assisting with quality inspections
- Work may involve sheet metal fabrication, metal forming, custom metal assemblies, welding support, and general manufacturing operations
