Job Description:
We are currently hiring experienced Metal Fabricators for ongoing weekly assignments on a 3-story residential construction project. Workers will be responsible for repairing, modifying, and adapting metal window frames for installation, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and structural integrity. This position offers 30–40 hours per week, depending on project needs and performance. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and following all jobsite safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

Repair, fabricate, and modify metal window frames for installation
Measure, cut, weld, grind, and adjust metal components as needed
Ensure proper fit and alignment of window framing systems
Install and secure fabricated components according to project requirements
Read basic drawings and follow installation specifications
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Work safely on scaffolding and elevated work areas as required
Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow jobsite safety procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Metal Fabricator required
Experience with window frame repair, modification, and installation preferred
Ability to use fabrication and metalworking tools
Comfortable working on a 3-story residential building
Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
