North Shore Home Energy is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in solving complex HVAC issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and mentoring others in the field.

We're looking for someone who can work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and confidently diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems.

What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, mini-splits, central air systems, and related equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
Accurately identify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions
Support and mentor junior technicians as needed
Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with customers
Complete service documentation, work orders, and job notes accurately
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work environment
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards and local codes
Collaborate with management and installation teams to provide exceptional customer experiences

What We're Looking For

4+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Experience servicing heat pumps, air conditioning systems, furnaces, and boilers
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Leadership experience or desire to mentor other technicians is a plus
