Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 Base Salary per year + Excellent Bonus Programs & Benefits

The Mission
The mission of the Electrical Project Manager is to serve as the foundational operational expert and execution driver for commercial and industrial electrical construction projects within a well-established, highly stable regional contracting firm. In this critical leadership role, you will bridge the gap between high-level project strategy and sophisticated on-site field delivery. This is not a passive advisory role. By leveraging a deep working knowledge of electrical codes, contract management, and general contractor coordination, you will optimize project profitability, mitigate on-site risk, and ensure flawless execution. Working closely with field crews, superintendents, and project stakeholders, you will lead the charge in managing diverse project portfolios while maintaining a firm culture that guarantees an elite level of job security track record.
Scope of Impact
- Project Oversight & Approval: Perform high-level operational management and daily oversight for complex electrical requirements across diverse local project types, including Industrial Plants, Healthcare Facilities, Commercial Offices, and Educational Institutions.
- Contract & Financial Management: Manage contract parameters, develop and negotiate accurate change orders, and monitor project financials to ensure maximum profitability and budget alignment.
- Field Coordination & Representation: Coordinate directly with field crews, superintendents, and general contractors to maintain seamless communication, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure on-time project completion.
- Code Compliance & Quality Control: Demonstrate thorough knowledge and advanced technical proficiency to ensure all project phases adhere strictly to local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage assignments efficiently within budgeted timeframes, balancing client advocacy with strict compliance and safety guidelines.

License and Experience Requirements

- Experience Level: Proven track record as an Electrical Project Manager, Master Electrician, or Senior Electrician with direct experience managing the complexity and scope of commercial and industrial building projects.
- Credentials: A current and valid Master Electrician license or a Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly helpful and a significant plus, though not strictly required.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in all electrical codes associated with commercial, institutional, and industrial construction.

This position operates primarily out of Terre Haute, Indiana, overseeing projects within a 50-mile radius. The role demands high professionalism, consistent on-site collaboration, and excellent coordination with general contractors.
- Commute & Hybrid Flexibility: If you are located over 60 miles from Terre Haute, a hybrid work schedule will be considered (must be within a 2-hour driving distance), or a comprehensive relocation package will be offered to transition to the local area.
