You'll lead a hands-on team, of Service Technicians and the surrounding support team. Coaching technicians, running team meetings, and handling customer escalations as the technical backbone they can count on. This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the field on ride-alongs, on the phone with customers, and in the trenches with your crew during peak season, with real authority to make decisions that matter.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of 15+ technicians plus dispatch and admin staff
Coach, mentor, and deliver performance reviews
Run monthly Lead Tech and Service Team meetings
Handle customer escalations with urgency and professionalism
Partner with dispatch to keep scheduling sharp and efficient
Maintain safety standards and PPE compliance
Jump into service calls during peak demand
Be the go-to technical resource for your team, 24/7

What You Bring

7+ years of HVAC technical experience
3+ years in a management role
MA/CT/RI Oil Burner, Pipefitter, or Plumbing License (or equivalent)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong leadership and communication skills
A customer-first mindset that thrives under pressure
