Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and be comfortable working with both hand and power tools. This role involves various tasks related to construction and remodeling, including framing, trim work, cabinet installation, drywall and some painting. The Carpenter/Laborer will contribute to projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various carpentry tasks.
Perform frame carpentry for residential and commercial projects.
Install cabinets and trim with precision and attention to detail.
Fabricate components according to project specifications.
Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square.
Install drywall and prepare surfaces for finishing.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Experience

Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields is preferred.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety protocols in a construction setting.
Experience in framing, cabinet installation, and trim carpentry is desired but we are willing to teach the right individual.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
