HVAC Controls Technician
We are a growing, Energy Conservation and Industrial Automation company located in Westford, MA needing a HVAC Controls Technician to join our team and grow with it. The candidate will work in industrial/commercial settings and must have knowledge of VFDs, electric motor controls and control systems, HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, and other industrial machinery. The position is a traveling position as work is completed at clients facilities in Eastern and central MA occasionally Western MA, NH,CT or RI. We provide company vehicles and strong benifits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Program and integrate VFDs into equipment per project specifications.
- Tie in and cutover equipment from electrical panels/motor control systems.
- Controls wiring and sensor integration.
- Program PID and PLC logic.
- Troubleshoot machine and system issues.
- Read Electrical Prints.
- Metering set up for custom projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ similar experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Active Journeyman/Journeywoman’s License is preferred but not required.
- VFD programming experience.
- PLC and HMI Programming experience.

Compensation: is based on experience. We pay very competitive wages.
