What You'll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll help homeowners solve comfort problems and protect one of their most important investments—their home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing residential HVAC system issues accurately
- Repairing air conditioning and heating equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance and tune-ups
- Communicating findings clearly with homeowners
- Providing customers with repair and replacement solutions when appropriate
- Maintaining professional service documentation
- Following company procedures and safety standards
- Representing Moorhead Service Company with professionalism and integrity

QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- NATE Certification
- Indoor Air Quality experience
- Experience presenting repair and replacement options
- Strong customer service background
