Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality concrete finishing work on a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and renovation sites. Your expertise will help ensure smooth, durable, and aesthetically pleasing concrete surfaces. Responsibilities
- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power tools.
- Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints and schematics to provide structural support.
- Prepare forms and molds for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and stability before pouring.
- Perform rebar installation, metal stud framing, and masonry work as needed for various projects.
- Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for concrete placement and finishing.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly.Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of construction tools, equipment operation, and maintenance.
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming, pouring techniques, and finishing processes.
- Experience with hardscape construction including paving stones and decorative concrete features.
- Excellent hand tool skills along with experience using power tools safely on-site.
- Construction site experience across commercial or residential projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical endurance throughout long shifts.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
