Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team for Apartment Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning, refrigeration, and property maintenance. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency including plumbing, electrical and daily handyman.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC equipment to identify issues.
- Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and general property maintenance.
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Plumbing and electrical as needed
- Perform daily property maintenance and support make readies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Provide on-call service as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration principles, and property maintenance practices.
- Experience in appliance repair is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing to assist with daily property maintenance
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology is required

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
