### **Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong design background to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project management expertise and a solid understanding of architectural or interior design principles, ensuring that projects not only meet functional requirements but also achieve high aesthetic standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Provide design guidance and input during the planning and execution phases to ensure aesthetic goals are met.
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and materials.
- Ensure design changes are documented, communicated, and implemented effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Monitor project quality and conduct site inspections to verify that the work meets design and safety standards.
- Address and resolve any issues related to design, construction quality, or safety.
**Budget and Cost Management: **
- Monitor project expenditures and manage the budget to avoid cost overruns.
- Work with procurement teams to source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
**Qualifications:**
- Knowledge of QuickBooks software.
- Experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and design software (CAD)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
