A leading manufacturing facility is seeking skilled technicians for multiple electrical and maintenance positions. Opportunities are available for Industrial Maintenance Technicians, Controls Technicians, and Power Distribution Technicians supporting a highly automated manufacturing environment.

Industrial Maintenance Technician
Starting Pay: $29.85 - $34.25/hour
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Diagnose motors, drives, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Read electrical schematics and technical documentation
Performance-based increases up to $38.00/hour (including shift premium) within as little as 6-18 months.
Maintenance Controls Technician
5K Sign-on bonus
Starting Pay: $36.00 - $39.50/hour
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment
- Support automation systems, HMIs, sensors, and industrial networks
- Modify and optimize control systems
- Assist with machine upgrades and process improvements
- Work with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms
Performance-based increases up to $43.50/hour (including shift premium) within as little as 6-18 months.
Schedule: Candidates must be willing to work either day or night shift.
12-hour rotating shifts following a 2-2-3 schedule.
- 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM
- 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
Night shift positions include a $2.00/hour shift premium.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, controls, automation, power distribution, or a related technical field
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience reading electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Technical school, military technical training, or equivalent work experience welcomed

What You’ll Work On
Depending on your experience, you may work on:
Production & Facility Equipment
- Motors, sensors, PLCs, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Preventive and predictive maintenance
- Equipment installs, upgrades, and shutdown work
- CMMS documentation and troubleshooting
Power Distribution & Electrical Infrastructure
- Medium/high voltage switchgear and breakers
- Transformers, relays, and underground cables
- Medium voltage isolation and grounding (up to 6.9kV)
- Infrared fault detection and NETA testing standards
- SCADA systems and protective relays
- Root cause analysis of electrical failures
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience with strong electrical skills OR
- 4+ years of experience working with medium/high voltage electrical systems in an industrial environment
Ideal backgrounds include:
Industrial Maintenance Technicians, Plant Electricians, E&I Technicians, Substation Technicians, Electrical Maintenance Technicians
Work Environment
- Industrial facility, warm temperatures, occasional outdoor exposure
- Working at heights and in confined spaces
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
