Salary Range: $28.66 To $52.03 Hourly

$4000 sign on bonus offered for experienced technicians with a Journeyman license OR higher or 5 years’ experience in those states without license requirements. $2000 paid out at 6 months, $2000 paid out at 1 year mark. Must apply by 6/30/2026 to be eligible for the sign on bonus.

Our Service Technicians provide the highest quality service and repair to commercial food equipment & commercial Refrigeration equipment while providing an exceptional customer service experience. EMR is a drug-free workplace, clean driving record required.

Position Requirements:

3+ years’ experience
CFC certification (licenses are a plus)
Possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years
Clear criminal background
Pre-Employment drug screening
Strong mechanical aptitude (must pass mechanical aptitude test)
Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds
Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in rare cases, high, precarious places

Paid Leave:

17 days PTO accrual per year – 1st year is prorated.
3 days paid Jury Duty.
