Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Requirements:
- Problem solving ability.
- Good Customer Service, responsible for resident’s needs.
- Painting projects – interior, exterior repair and paint.
- Unit turnover – rehab, repairs and renovation as needed.
- Plumbing – Sinks, toilets and bathtubs, drains and supplies.
- Minor electrical work, light fixtures, fans, outlets and switches.
- Construction experience preferred.
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
Experience:
- Property maintenance: 1 year (Required)
- Residential painting: 1 year (Required)
