This isn’t a back-office PM job. You’ll be hands-on, client-facing, and leading the charge on ground-up builds across commercial, industrial, multifamily, and medical sectors. What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of APM or Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Ground-up project experience in commercial, multifamily, industrial, or religious sectors
- Strong leadership skills — able to manage a project from cradle to grave
- Local to Charlotte, NC or open to relocating permanently
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading all phases of project management, from buyout to close-out
- Managing subs, budgets, contracts, and client relationships
- Driving schedules, mitigating risk, and ensuring quality delivery
- Collaborating with superintendents, owners, and design teams

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
