Role Summary
Our team is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our operations. We welcome residential installers interested in transitioning to commercial work, as well as those already experienced in the commercial sector. A robust mechanical foundation is essential for this position. This role offers long-term potential for dedicated professionals, where consistent performance and dependability are vital for ongoing success across our various project sites.
Core Duties

Set up VRF systems, split systems, and rooftop units

Handle the initial startup and commissioning processes for newly installed machinery

Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within HVAC units

Swap out essential components such as control boards and compressors to ensure system functionality

Conduct routine upkeep on established climate control systems

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all building codes

Foster effective communication with fellow staff and project leads to ensure project goals are met
Requirements

A minimum of five years of professional HVAC experience

Advanced ability to analyze and fix complex system malfunctions

Capability to manage equipment startup procedures and work autonomously

Possession of an active EPA Certification

Current driver’s license paired with dependable personal transport
