Edgestone Staffing is seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in North Attleborough, MA. Our client is an industrial laminating manufacturer that works primarily with sheet metals and plastics to produce high-quality components for industries including:
- Semiconductor Equipment
- Defense & Security
- Radiation Management
- Architecture
- Retail Displays

Pay
- $22.00/hour – Candidates with a valid DOT Medical Card who are willing to drive approximately 10–15 hours per week (hours may vary based on business needs). The remainder of the workweek will be spent in the warehouse/manufacturing facility.
- $18.00/hour – Candidates without a DOT Medical Card. This position is warehouse/manufacturing only with no driving responsibilities.
A DOT Medical Card is NOT required to be considered for this position.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Thursday
- 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Schedule may vary slightly based on production needs.
- Enjoy every Friday off!
Position Type
Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll work alongside experienced technicians performing a variety of production and warehouse tasks, including:
- Material preparation
- Mechanical assembly
- Machine operation
- Product inspection
- General shop cleaning and organization
- Cleaning and packaging finished products
- Assisting with other manufacturing duties as needed
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to use basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers)
- Basic math and computer skills
- Experience operating CNC equipment
- Ability to read mechanical blueprints
