Position Summary
Beehive Pros is seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in residential and commercial plumbing systems, takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. This position involves new construction, renovations, service work, troubleshooting, and repairs throughout Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing specifications.
- Install water supply, drain, waste, vent, and gas piping systems.
- Install and service plumbing fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and specialty plumbing equipment.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs efficiently.
- Perform pressure testing, inspections, and system start-ups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Participate in an on-call rotation when required.
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience preferred.
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Experience
- Commercial tenant fit-outs.
- Medical, office, retail, and multifamily construction.
- Water heater installation and replacement.
- Gas piping installation.
- Backflow prevention systems.
- Hydronic heating systems (preferred but not required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour
