What You’ll Be Learning and Doing

Assist with service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of HVAC/R systems
-
Support preventative maintenance, system inspections, and basic troubleshooting

Learn from experienced technicians while developing confidence in the field

Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and leadership

Complete work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of related HVAC/R experience required
-
Basic knowledge of HVAC/R service, maintenance, installation, or repair
-
Interest in continuing to learn refrigeration, HVAC systems, and field troubleshooting
-
Familiarity with refrigeration systems, reach-in coolers, ice machines, or related equipment is a plus
-
Comfortable using web-based applications and mobile technology

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to follow direction

Dependable, professional, and motivated to build a long-term HVAC/R career

Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and commitment to quality work
