Job Responsibilities:
- Operate power plugs of pre-installed lantern groups , connect finished lantern wiring, troubleshoot open/short circuit & on-site malfunction repair; NO modification to building permanent panel & fixed wiring.
Daily Schedule:
- One hour before opening: Power on the lanterns and check if the electrical circuits are working properly; Basic maintenance on lantern sets and check wind-bracing/structural stability
- During Show: Patrol the lantern areas, log any issues, and fix simple lighting problems on-site. Give feedback to the onsite coordinator.
- 10:30 PM – 11pm (Closing) : Turn off all lanterns at closing time.
- Note: Lanterns are usually switched off at 10:40 PM, though this may vary depending on attendance numbers; sometimes they are switched off earlier, and sometimes later. The specific time for turning off the lanterns will be determined by the notification given by the zoo.

Oct. 1-Nov. 8: Nightly (4pm-11pm)
Qualifications:
- 1+ year electrical maintenance / festival lighting experience, familiar with multimeter fault detection, work under licensed Master Electrician supervision.
- Hourly rate: $35
Pay: $35.00 per hour
