Required Qualifications

Strong operations leadership experience in low-voltage technologies, structured cabling, telecommunications, security, fiber, or related infrastructure.
Experience managing teams, customers, business operations, and financial performance.
P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, or financial accountability experience.
Experience building or growing a business unit, branch, division, or service line.
Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber-optic systems, physical security, data networks, or wireless technologies.
Strong leadership, communication, business development, and customer-facing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; MS Project experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree and RCDD certification are preferred.

Ideal Target Titles

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
