- Employer insurance contributions after one year of service, increasing with tenure in accordance with company policy.
- Retirement savings options.
- Paid holidays for eligible full-time employees and sick/vacation accrual after six months, subject to company policy and satisfactory attendance.
- Professional development assistance, employee discounts, and referral opportunities, where applicable.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain project scope, work plans, schedules, milestones, cost estimates, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against schedule and budget; identify risks early and drive corrective action.
- Review drawings, specifications, blueprints, proposals, contracts, change orders, and project documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage procurement, vendor performance, contract requirements, cost tracking, forecasting, and invoice review.
- Conduct jobsite visits and inspections to confirm workmanship, safety, code compliance, environmental requirements, and quality standards.
- Lead project meetings, document decisions and action items, and deliver clear status reports to leadership and clients.
- Resolve field issues, scope conflicts, schedule constraints, and stakeholder concerns with urgency and sound judgment.
- Maintain organized project records, including schedules, submittals, RFIs, daily reports, meeting notes, photos, punch lists, and closeout documents.
- Support continuous improvement by strengthening project controls, templates, vendor processes, and documentation of lessons learned.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support company and client objectives.
