Most of our work takes place inside occupied homes, so professionalism, cleanliness, communication, and respect for our clients are just as important as technical ability.
What You'll Do
Every project is different, but responsibilities commonly include:
- Demolition and site preparation
- Framing and structural modifications
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Interior painting and preparation
- Finish carpentry, trim, doors, casing, baseboard, and crown molding
- Cabinet and built-in installation
- Flooring installation
- Tile installation and waterproofing systems
- Punch list completion
- Material organization and jobsite cleanliness
- Daily communication with project leadership
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to continue developing across multiple trades.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Ability to work safely on ladders
- Authorized to work in the United States

What Success Looks Like
Within your first six months, you'll be expected to:
- Complete quality work with minimal supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Communicate professionally with teammates and homeowners
- Contribute to multiple phases of a remodeling project
- Continue developing your technical skills
- Take ownership of your work
Schedule
Monday–Thursday
7:45 AM – 5:45 PM
Three-day weekends most weeks.
Compensation
$25–$35 per hour
Pay is based on experience, craftsmanship, reliability, and overall fit.
Performance reviews provide opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation.
