Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for leading an installation, troubleshooting, and warrantying heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the field and must be a team player who can work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Install air conditioning, furnace and duct systems according to specifications and industry standards
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and projects on time
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations and service calls
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Lead Installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
- Proficient in troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with field service procedures and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor as required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in property maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of plumbing systems

Pay: $77,309.00 - $150,000.00 per year
