Our client, an industry leader in building maintenance and facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support team supporting facilities across Providence, RI and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct inspections of interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs, utilizing CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
- Support emergency calls and perform other duties as required, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
- EPA universal certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to store a vehicle at residence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
