Field Service Technician
Location: Akron/Youngstown, OH
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Our client has been in business since 1956. They provide service, repair, and installation support for commercial foodservice and retail food equipment.
What You’ll Do
· Service, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install commercial food equipment.
· Work on commercial kitchen, weighing, wrapping, and refrigeration equipment.
· Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues; basic plumbing work as needed.
· Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls.
· Maintain vehicle parts inventory and complete service order entry.
· Communicate professionally with customers and provide quality service.
· Travel to customer locations throughout the assigned service area.
· Participate in an on-call rotation approximately once per month after training.
What We’re Looking For
· Commercial food equipment service experience is required.
· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
· Strong mechanical and electrical skills; basic plumbing preferred.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

- Schematics: 2 years (Required)
