We call our carpenters Craftsmen because the role is about more than completing construction tasks. Our Craftsmen are dedicated to their trade, committed to exceptional quality, and play an important role in building luxury custom homes known for outstanding framing, finish work, and attention to detail.

Whether you are early in your career or an experienced carpenter, we offer a clear path for growth through four Craftsman levels—from Apprentice through Master Craftsman. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and have opportunities to continually advance your skills and career.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform framing and/or finish carpentry on high-end custom homes
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Read measurements and complete work accurately and precisely
Maintain exceptional standards for quality and craftsmanship
Assist with other construction activities and physical tasks as needed
Work collaboratively with other Craftsmen and project team members
Take pride in maintaining professional, organized jobsites
Continue developing your skills through hands-on experience and mentorship

Qualifications:

Carpentry or residential construction experience preferred
Experience with framing and/or finish carpentry
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential construction, including lifting
Good communication and teamwork skills
Most importantly, a desire to learn, improve, and master your craft
