Job Description

Joyce Plumbing, part of the locally owned and growing Joyce family of companies, is seeking a full-time licensed Journeyman Plumber with residential bathroom remodeling experience to join our expanding plumbing division. This role focuses on residential service, installation, and bathroom remodel work for our current and future client base.

As a Journeyman Plumber, you will perform high-quality plumbing work, lead jobs independently, and provide an excellent customer experience to every homeowner you serve.

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, replacements, and bathroom remodel work.
Complete plumbing work associated with bathroom renovations, including fixture relocation and installation, piping modifications, and rough-in and finish plumbing.
Work with piping, fixtures, water heaters (tank and tankless), boilers, pumps, and other plumbing equipment.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions for customers.
Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-friendly attitude at all times.
Operate your own truck and manage job workflow efficiently.
Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the growth of a young, expanding division.
Continue to learn and stay current with plumbing codes, practices, and new technology.

Qualifications and Skills

Current Journeyman Plumber license required (NH Journeyman or Master preferred).
Residential bathroom remodeling experience required.
3+ years of residential plumbing experience.
Experience with bathroom remodel rough-ins, fixture installation, piping modifications, and finish plumbing.
Ability to run your own truck and work independently.
Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and code compliance.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong work ethic and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
