About us

We renovate bathrooms in one day. Homeowners and commercial properties across Northern Illinois come to us for bath and shower replacements, tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in tubs and safety upgrades. We are part of a national franchise network, and we are building a stronger, more disciplined sales team for the years ahead.

The role

We are looking for a hands-on sales leader who can coach in the field, hold a team to clear weekly numbers, and still close a deal personally when it counts. You will lead our in-home sales representatives and our in-office appointment setter, own pricing discipline and the weekly sales scorecard, and work alongside our General Manager to build a stronger business for the long term.

What you will do

- Lead a team of three in-home sales representatives and one in-office appointment setter

- Run a short daily sales meeting and a weekly one-on-one with each representative

- Ride along on appointments and coach measurement, design, presentation and closing

- Own the price book, minimum pricing, discount approvals and promotions

- Recruit, train and onboard new representatives through a structured 60-day program

- Follow up on open quotes and run appointments personally when needed

- Produce a weekly sales scorecard and keep the CRM accurate

- Work with the General Manager on install scheduling and sales-related customer issues

What you bring

- 5+ years managing in-home sales teams in home improvement (bath, windows, siding, roofing, or HVAC replacement)

- A record of hiring, training and building teams that hit their numbers, with results you can show

- Strong personal closing skills in one-visit sales

- Comfort working with sales numbers, margins and a P&L

- Working knowledge of a CRM - A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and availability for evening and Saturday appointments

- Willingness to complete a background check

Nice to have

- Bath remodeling experience

- Experience inside a franchise system

- Experience selling to commercial property owners

What we offer

- A full-time salaried leadership role with performance upside

- A steady flow of company-set appointments for your team

- A clear plan, clear numbers, and the authority to run the sales floor

- Room to grow as the business grows

How to apply
