Job Description
Morning Vista Homes LLC, a residential developer specializing in single-family homes, is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple custom home construction projects in North Scottsdale.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience in project management custom or luxury spec homes home construction, strong leadership and project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple job sites while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
The successful candidate must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, maintaining construction schedules, resolving field issues, and ensuring that every home is built in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of custom home construction, from preconstruction planning through completion, ensuring projects meet established schedules, budgets, quality standards, and approved specifications.
- Construction Plan Review: Review construction plans, specifications, and details for accuracy, constructability, quality, and efficiency. Identify discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution of conflicts.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Quality Control: Monitor workmanship, construction methods, and materials to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
- Inspections and Code Compliance: Coordinate required inspections and ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety requirements, and local regulations.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate daily construction logs documenting site activities, visitors, work completed, materials delivered or used, and issues identified and resolved.
- Multi-Site Supervision: Travel between multiple job sites in North Scottsdale and effectively manage the schedules, priorities, and progress of several residential construction projects simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction issues, scheduling conflicts, and coordination challenges. Work proactively with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to prevent delays and maintain project momentum.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports, including schedule updates, outstanding issues, construction progress, and anticipated milestones.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in custom or luxury spec homebuilding, specifically in construction supervision and residential construction project management.
- At least one year of construction management or project leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of custom residential construction methods, sequencing of trades, construction details, and high-end finishes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple residential construction projects, subcontractors, schedules, and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to read, interpret, and review construction drawings, architectural plans, specifications, and technical documents.
- Working knowledge of applicable residential building codes, construction standards, and jobsite safety requirements.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional reports and correspondence for subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, government officials, and clients.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain productive working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify construction deficiencies, quality issues, and deviations from approved plans and specifications.
- Strong organizational, time-management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain accountability for project schedules, quality, and jobsite performance.
