Licensed Master Electrician

Ace’s Plumbing • Full-time • Bluffton, South Carolina, United States • $30 - $40 / hour • 17h ago

Build an electrical department from the ground up, with the backing of a company that already owns the market.

Ace's Plumbing is a veteran-owned residential service company in Bluffton. We've been voted Best of the Lowcountry three times in four years, and we have more than 1,000 five-star Google reviews. Our phones already ring all day with homeowners who trust us, and many of them need an electrician.

We're launching an electrical service department and want the licensed electrician who will build it. This is not a new construction rough-in job. You'll be the first electrician in the department and the person it's built around.

What you'll do

Run residential electrical service calls: troubleshooting, repairs, panel upgrades and replacements, service changes, surge protection, EV chargers, generator hookups, ceiling fans, lighting, GFCI/AFCI corrections, and code fixes
Diagnose problems and give homeowners clear options with upfront, flat-rate pricing
Do the work right the first time and leave every home cleaner than you found it
Help build the electrical price book, stock list, and install standards
Grow into leading the department as we add electricians and apprentices

What you bring

SC Master Electrician license, or the ability to qualify an SC electrical contractor license
5+ years of electrical experience, with residential service and troubleshooting strongly preferred
Strong diagnostic skills and solid knowledge of the NEC
Comfortable talking with homeowners and explaining options face to face
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Professional, dependable, and proud of your work

What you get

Hourly pay plus commission on what you sell and what you install. Top techs earn well above the base.
Weekly pay
A stocked company van, and tablet-based scheduling and pricing through HouseCall Pro
Leads handed to you. Our marketing, reviews, and dispatch team keep your schedule full, so you never have to chase work.
Paid training in our dedicated training room
A real leadership path: you'll help hire and run the department
A team culture built on doing right by the customer

Why this role is different. Most electricians who want to run their own department have to start a business to do it. Here you get that ownership and growth without the risk, backed by an established brand, a full call board, and an office team that handles everything except the work.

If you're a licensed electrician who's tired of new construction or ready to lead, apply today.
