Job Description:
If you have a passion for the initial construction of a building’s framework and enjoy the challenge of building something one of a kind, we would like to talk with you! We are seeking a rough-in carpenter/framer with at least 2 years minimum experience to join our incredible team.

Responsibilities:

Accurately read and interpret blueprints and other constructions documents to understand the scope of work and building specifications.
Framing walls and roofs; construct the basic framework of the building including erecting wall studs, headers and plates, and build roof trusses or rafters. \
Install rough openings for doors and windows, ensuring proper dimensions and alignment.
Install exterior wall material and house wrap.
Operate and maintain various hand and power tools such as saws, drills, hammers and nail guns.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
2 years of experience in this area is required.
Skilled use of power tools.
Basic math skills to calculate accurate measurements.
Sound knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and carpentry principles.
Physical strength and stamina.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Manual dexterity and visualization skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
