Project Administrator (Office Support)

Midland Electric is looking for an organized and dependable Project Administrator to join our team.

This is an office-based position that supports our electrical construction projects by keeping information, documents, and processes organized. No construction experience is required. We are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

Set up and maintain project files in Google Drive and Procore
Assemble Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals
Assist with vendor quotes and purchasing paperwork
Answer phones and assist customers and vendors
Enter and track project information
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Support Project Managers and office staff with administrative tasks
Keep project documents organized and up to date

What We're Looking For

Administrative, office, or customer service experience
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Reliable with excellent follow-through
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication skills

Helpful but Not Required

Construction office experience
Procore experience
Document management experience
