Position Overview
We’re looking for a licensed Plumbing Journeyman who wants to build a career, not just clock in and out. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in craftsmanship and customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Perform plumbing and heating installations, service, and repairs for residential and commercial clients.
- Work on a variety of systems including water heaters, oil and gas boilers, commercial boiler systems, and new construction builds.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Complete bathroom, kitchen, and mechanical room installations to code and company standards.
- Maintain accurate notes, take photos of completed work, and document materials used for job records.
- Ensure all work complies with state and local plumbing codes.
- Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and team members to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and company vehicle.
- Uphold company reputation through professional appearance, punctuality, and accountability.

What You Bring
- Active Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
