For the first time, a global manufacturer and distributor of HVAC equipment and materials is moving into the DFW area to make "Air Conditioning Affordable." Candidate must have 2+ years of HVAC wholesale experience, takes initiative, drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. AAA is a privately owned company that manufactures and distributes our own residential and commercial equipment.
AAA is looking for a true leader in the wholesale space that has the confidence and ambition to grow with a global leader in the HVAC industry. The Territory Manager will drive sales at our Carrollton branch.
The position will offer a salary + commission based off performance. With no commission cap the possibilities are endless for the right candidate. A family-oriented environment and an amazing support system await you.
Job Responsibilities:
- New business development (prospecting, quantifying opportunities, communicating with clientele)
- Provide weekly financial reports and review of sales production
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and participating in industry events
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customer questions/calls
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC distribution, sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proven performance in the HVAC industry and strong knowledge of HVAC products
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- College or Technical Degree in a relevant field
- Competency of inventory management procedures, including procurement, shipping, and forecasting
Compensation:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
