We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed HVAC Technician to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various disciplines and be adept at managing teams, budgets, and timelines. This role requires a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
As a Licensed HVAC Technician at PM Pros, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, tackling exciting projects and working alongside a friendly, motivated crew. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial and residential properties
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with other technicians and service professionals to provide excellent customer service
- Collaborating with our team to deliver top-quality results on every project.
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are always met (we take pride in doing things right!).
- Keeping worksites organized and professional—because a clean space is a productive space!
- Communicating with our leadership team and clients regarding project updates, changes, and timelines to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Managing all aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials.
- Overseeing and performing the installation of various commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Utilizing hand tools and heavy equipment as needed for various tasks.
- Fabricating custom solutions as required for unique project needs.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking team players who are:
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle for field service calls
- Previous experience as an Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician
- HVAC/R: 3 years (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Passionate about their craft and committed to top-notch quality.
- Great at following instructions and working together to tackle challenges.
- Familiar with tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of estimating practices and techniques preferred
- Reliable, hardworking and possess a positive attitude
