Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Project Manager with 3-5 years experience to lead and oversee heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be instrumental in managing project teams, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of HVAC construction projects, ensuring all phases meet project specifications and deadlines.
Manage project by tracking materials, reviewing blue prints, submittals, shop drawings and releasing equipment in a timely manner.
Coordinate with design teams to review blueprints, SMSD to ensure accurate implementation of HVAC systems.
Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.
Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Building connect, Microsoft 365, to monitor progress, update schedules, and communicate project status seamlessly across teams.
Conduct site visits regularly to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including reports on project milestones, safety inspections, change orders, and contract compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing HVAC or related construction projects with a strong background in construction site management.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics related to HVAC systems as well as general construction drawings.
Experience with contracts negotiation and administration within a construction environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Relevant certifications such as OSHA safety training or PMP certification are preferred but not mandatory.
