Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Commercial experience is must! we have tons of commercial new construction.

· Perform electrical installations at Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, Wireless Cell Sites, alternative energy facilities, and other commercial and industrial facilities.

· Install and maintain lighting systems, power distribution, and other components.

· Install and maintain wiring systems, conduit, and raceways in commercial and industrial environments.

· Work with various types of conduits, including EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit.

· Set up and maintain power distribution systems for commercial buildings.

· Install and connect circuit breakers, transformers, and other distribution equipment.

· Install and connect electrical equipment specific to commercial settings, such as HVAC systems, security systems, and communication devices.

· Perform civil work such as grounding, trenching, and conduit installation associated with electrical installations.

· Coordinate electrical work with other trades involved in commercial construction projects.

· Conduct tests and inspections to identify and resolve electrical issues.

· Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems in a timely manner.

· Interpret commercial building blueprints and electrical schematics.

· Lay out electrical systems in accordance with architectural plans.

· Ensure all electrical work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant local codes and regulations for commercial construction.

· Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines applicable to commercial construction sites.

· Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company regulations.

· Maintain accurate build records of work performed, including as-built drawings, test reports, and inspection documentation.

· Provide guidance and training to apprentices and assist in supervising other electrical team members.

· Maintain accurate records of equipment assignments.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors.

· Enforce organization policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe technical operations.

· Ensure compliance with client guidelines, safety protocols, construction and installation procedures, and company/government regulations (NEC, OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, etc.).

· Provide training or assistance to field personnel as required.

· Support cell site construction in on-site supervision, equipment/material coordination, installation, cell turn-up, optimization, inspections, temporary power solutions, etc.

· Maintain company vehicle and assigned equipment according to Universal Wiring.

· Demonstrate housekeeping and organizational skills for job site, work vehicle, warehouse, etc.

· Determine special equipment or machines needed for job completion.

· Periodically be on 24-hour "on-call" duty to address cell-related or customer issues.

· Manage crew hours based on job expectations.

· Collaborate with Field Supervisors on setting daily goals, resource planning, cost estimates, and adherence to deliverables.
