Williams Electric & HVAC is a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We specialize in commercial and light industrial projects, including ground-up construction, manufacturing facilities, and tenant improvements.

Our projects typically range from $200K to $2M+, and we are actively scaling toward larger, more complex work. Our reputation is built on quality execution, strong GC relationships, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

All of our work is local to the DFW area — no out-of-town travel required.

We are looking for a high-level Electrical Project Manager who wants real ownership, not just a seat in the system.

What You’ll Do

Take full ownership of multiple commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout
Manage project financials (P&L responsibility) including budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability
Develop and drive project schedules, manpower plans, and procurement timelines
Lead coordination with Superintendents, Foremen, GCs, engineers, and owners
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract documentation
Perform material buyout and subcontractor procurement
Identify risks, scope gaps, and field issues early and drive solutions
Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and contract requirements
Lead project meetings and represent the company professionally
Mentor and develop junior PMs, APMs, and field leaders

What We’re Looking For

7–10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
3+ years managing projects as a PM or Senior PM
Proven ability to run mid-to-large commercial projects ($200K–$2M+)
Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and field operations
Deep knowledge of NEC and commercial construction processes
Strong financial management skills (job costing, forecasting, margin control)
Ability to operate independently and make decisions with confidence
Experience with Procore, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms
Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
OSHA 30 preferred
