Job Duties

· Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial, commercial and residential buildings.

· Have at least ten years on the job experience, work efficiently on assigned tasks on your own or with a little assistance.

· Test electrical systems and components to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.

· Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements.

· Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, hot tubs, panel upgrades and new service etc., according to local electrical codes.

· Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters to complete projects that require both electrical and frame carpentry skills.

· Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with high voltage systems.

· Ability to travel (up to 100% travel), have a valid driver’s license, and use of own tools.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

· Ten plus years’ experience in electrical work

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations

· Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and writing diagrams.

· Skilled in troubleshooting electrical issues and making repairs or replacements.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to read and use a multimeter

· Understanding of OHMS law

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision

· Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm in the workplace, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment for both individual and team success.
