Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Technician and Sheet Metal Worker, where you'll play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and sheet metal components.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your mechanical expertise and technical skills to ensure optimal indoor climate control and property maintenance. Your hands-on experience in service technician roles, combined with your knowledge of schematics, HVAC design, and equipment repair, will drive success in delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and ammonia refrigeration equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute projects.
- Fabricate and install sheet metal components for ductwork and ventilation systems with precision welding and mechanical skills.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to ensure efficient operation and longevity.
- Perform field service tasks such as appliance repair, property maintenance, and system upgrades across various sites.
- Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters to identify electrical issues within HVAC systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, repairs, inspections, and compliance records.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a strong background in construction or property maintenance.
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R systems, plumbing, refrigeration, boilers, and related equipment.
- Ability to read schematics and interpret technical drawings for installation and troubleshooting purposes.
- Skilled in welding, equipment repair, and the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- understanding of HVAC design principles is highly desirable.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $65.00 per hour
