Position Overview
As the Plumbing DivisionManager, you will oversee the daily operations of plumbing projects, supervise field teams, ensure compliance with safety and plumbing codes, and support project efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule plumbing crews for multiple job sites
- Coordinate with project managers, builders, and subcontractors
- Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to code
- Order materials and track inventory
- Provide field training and mentorship to team members
- Participate in job walks and inspections
- Track job costs and assist with project budgets
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience; 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role
- Idaho Journeyman or Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of Idaho plumbing codes and standards
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Proficient with job documentation and reporting
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,359.59 - $120,000.00 per year
