Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets, doors, trim, and other woodwork on residential and commercial projects. Your expertise in carpentry and fabrication will ensure precise craftsmanship and high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry, doors, trim, siding, and other woodwork with precision and care
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation according to project specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform framing tasks including wood and metal stud framing
- Install fixtures such as moldings, caulking, plastering components and flooring
- Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation
- Collaborate with team members on site to ensure safety standards are maintained while meeting project deadlines
Experience
- Proven experience in carpentry or construction with a focus on cabinet installation or trim carpentry
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and reading detailed schematics or blueprints
- Hands-on experience with various construction techniques such as electrical work, plumbing and drywall finishing
- Knowledge of the restoration industry including water damage restoration and mold remediation is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle multiple tasks across different trades within the construction environment
- Prior experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols is highly valued

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
