Mobile Maintenance Technician
Pay: $27.20–$32.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time On‑call rotation required

About the Role
We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across commercial/industrial facilities. This role is responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general building support to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire/life safety systems, boilers, refrigeration, motors, pumps, and related controls.
- Perform general facility maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and grounds work.
- Complete preventive and corrective work orders using a CMMS system.
- Conduct routine building surveys to identify needed repairs.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a safe and orderly manner.
- Follow OSHA, local code requirements, and C&W safety policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and communicate repair status to supervisors.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Support on‑call coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of general maintenance experience in a commercial facility.
- Broad knowledge of trades with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment; BMS experience preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
- Ability to read technical documents and solve practical problems.
Work Environment
May involve climbing, working in high places, exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, loud noise, and mechanical/electrical hazards.
