Concrete Finisher needed (8 Years of Experience).

Job Overview: We are seeking a responsible and skilled Working Concrete Finisher to join our construction team in Gaithersburg, MD. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, must know how to do and read layouts, cutsheets, read drawings, elevations, grading, etc. Your expertise in concrete work will contribute to the successful completion of various construction projects.

MUST be authorized to work in the United States.

Concrete Finisher needed (8 Years of Experience) Responsibilities:

Drawings & Elevations: Must know how to read drawings and work off of elevations.
Must have hands on experience in:
Preparing Surfaces: Setting up forms
Pouring and Spreading: Pouring concrete into forms and spreading it to the desired thickness and evenness.
Smoothing and Finishing: Using various hand and power tools to smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete.
Maintaining Tools: Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment used in concrete finishing.
Adhering to Safety Standards: Following all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
