Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Frame/Body Man to join our automotive repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicle frames and bodies with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure vehicles are returned to their original condition, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Perform vehicle frame straightening, alignment, and structural repairs using advanced tools and equipment.
- Conduct auto body repairs including panel replacement, dent removal, and sheet metal work with meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding techniques to repair or fabricate vehicle components.
- Use hand tools and power tools for disassembly, assembly, and repair tasks efficiently.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance inspections and assist with auto restoration projects when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven dealership or automotive repair shop experience as a Frame/Body Man or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, sheet metal work, and auto painting processes.
- Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and the use of various hand tools and power tools.
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts handling.
