SoundFX of Warwick is seeking an experienced professional for Audio Visual installation in residential and light commercial applications.
The candidate must be proficient in installing TVs, Sonos, surround sound systems, networking and wi-fi, smart home products, security cameras, and various AV related duties. Lutron RA3 and Homeworks experience would be ideal.
Candidates will need verified experience in performing these tasks in a professional environment.
SoundFX is now in it's 35th year in business and consistently growing. We would love to have a individual who shares the same passion in AV as our staff.
Our normal schedule is M-F with weekends off. An occasional weekend day may be asked of you. Opportunity for overtime is always a possibility.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Advanced understanding of A/V terminology and commonly used components
- Full comprehension of A/V signal flow and routing
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Possess great time management skills to divide and prioritize daily tasks to complete projects as scheduled
- Awareness of required tools and proper use of them for specific tasks
- Fundamental understanding of proper cable needs for specific applications and tasks
- Ability to read and interpret line drawings and location diagrams without issue
- Familiarity with networking and how it relates to the AV industry
- Handle daily responsibilities with a sense of urgency
- Must be able to think independently and prioritize work for efficient completion of tasks and team communications

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
