My client is a rapidly growing construction organization looking to add multiple Superintendents and Senior Superintendents to support large-scale industrial, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical projects across the country.

They are specifically looking for leaders who have experience running projects above $50M and/or over 1M square feet.

Responsibilities

Lead daily field operations on large-scale construction projects
Manage schedule, manpower, subcontractors, logistics, safety, and quality
Coordinate directly with PMs, operations teams, and specialty trades
Run subcontractor meetings and drive project execution
Maintain strong relationships with clients and field teams
Identify and solve project issues proactively

What They’re Looking For

Superintendent or Senior Superintendent experience on large-scale projects
Experience leading projects above $50M
Background in industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, automotive, distribution, or large commercial construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
Open to travel depending on project needs
