Leading manufacturing and distribution facility of exterior home improvement products is urgently seeking dedicated Paint Line Operators to join our dynamic team.
The Paint Line Operator will be responsible for placing raw material and sheet metal into the machine, monitoring the production process, conducting quality checks while maintaining a safe work environment.
Ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an industrial and non-climate controlled environment to play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that paint line machines runs smoothly and efficiently.
Schedules we are hiring for:
- 1st shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00AM to 4:00PM - $18.00/hr
- 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00PM to 4:00AM - $19.00/hr

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment including changing paint rollers.
- Engage in prepping metal surfaces and painting when required.
- Maintain an organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Cross train to learn basic operation to more skilled responsibilities.
- May operate forklift to pull raw materials.
Requirements:
- We look for experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production.
- Direct experience on our equipment is not required. We will train.
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand on your feet for entire shift.
- Ability to work in non climate controlled manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pass pre employment drug and background screen.
- Reliable transportation for ability to commit to the schedule.
