Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and dependable Licensed Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various residential and commercial job sites, ensuring all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and our company's high standards of service. This candidate must be experienced, professional, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including but not limited to pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and related systems.
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing service calls.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation and system assembly in various environments.
- Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure while adhering to project specifications.
- Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate work seamlessly.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards; document progress with detailed reports.
Experience & Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience preferred.
- Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
